No. You can book directly with any of our consultants through the appointment form, by phone, or at the front desk. If you do have a referral letter, bring it — it helps your consultant get to the point faster.
We are on the panel of all major HMOs operating in Nigeria, including AXA Mansard, Hygeia, Reliance and Leadway. Bring your card and a valid ID to your first visit and our front desk will verify cover before you are seen.
The emergency department is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including public holidays. Outpatient clinics run 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Saturday.
Routine laboratory results are released within 24 hours and most imaging is reported the same day. Urgent investigations requested from the emergency department are turned around in under two hours.
Yes. Every patient gets a secure portal account at registration, where results, discharge summaries and upcoming appointments are available as soon as they are signed off.
